- What is a white-label gold app?
- It is a complete gold and silver investing product running on your own web address — something like gold.yourbank.com — with your logo, your words and your icon. Your customers sign in at your address and never see OroPocket. You write no front end and run no servers.
- How long does it take to launch?
- Days, not quarters. Your side is a DNS record, a logo and the words on your sign-in page — about ten minutes in your dashboard. We then review the domain and issue its certificate, which is usually same-day. The alternative is arranging bullion supply, custody, KYC and payments yourself, which is a programme rather than a project.
- What does it cost to launch?
- Nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly platform fee, no per-transaction charge from us and no minimum. Going live is free after a short KYC and agreement. You earn commission from your first sale onwards. The optional Pro tier is ₹50,000 + GST if and when the extra margin is worth it to you.
- Do I need a licence, or to hold the gold myself?
- You do not hold the gold. The bullion, its custody, the PAN and Aadhaar verification and the money movement all sit with OroPocket — you are distributing our product rather than issuing your own, which is why there is nothing here for you to license or to vault. Our partner agreement is explicit that you are not presenting yourself as a bank or a custodian.
- How do I make money from it?
- Two ways on the same trade. You earn commission on every buy your customers make — 1%, or 2% on Pro. On Pro you can also add your own margin of up to 5% on what they buy and sell, which is yours in full. Both are settled to you on a monthly statement.
- Is it really my brand, or does OroPocket show through?
- Your domain, your logo, your wordmark, your sign-in copy and your icon on their home screen. Our name is not on the pages your customers use. It is a web app rather than an app-store listing, so there is no iOS or Android build under your name.
